Utter Gutters’ Coronavirus Policy

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is constantly evolving, which to date, has resulted in government mandated restrictions on many businesses.

We want to assure you that Utter Gutters remains unaffected by these restrictions, and is able to safely continue providing our products and services to the South Australian community.

We provide contact free quotes and job assessments. When we visit your property, we;

> do not need to enter your premises,
> will call you as we arrive so that we don’t need to touch door handles or doorbells,
> ensure mandated social distancing at all times when we discuss your project.
> Your detailed written quote will be sent to you in a contactless digital format.

As an additional precaution, our Roofing Technicians now use an alcohol based hand sanitizer between customer visits; and folders, iPads and vehicle interiors are cleaned with an antibacterial spray.

Our tradesmen do not need to access your property or have any close contact with you or your family to complete your project.

Utter Gutters’ Office and Showyard remain open. You are welcome to inspect our selection of displays at 500 North East Road, Windsor Gardens. This is not an area where groups of people congregate and all displays are generously spaced apart.

As part of our Coronavirus policy, most of our administration and customer support team are now working remotely from home. This will ensure the continuation of our business even if the Coronavirus crisis should escalate significantly.

To minimise the risk of infection in and around our office, a strict daily disinfection procedure is in place. This includes disinfecting any contact surfaces such as door handles, desks, telephones, and bathrooms.

Any common use objects, such as the coffee machine, cannot be used without washing hands prior to use.
